If you spend a lot of time on computers, your eyes would begin to irritate after some time.To help stop this, Ayurveda recommends taking breaks every 15-30 minutes, and making sure you blink enough.
When we are focusing on an object for so long at close range, our eyes tend to blink less, and in turn dry out. Blinking causes the eye's natural fluid covering to be restored.
